Jamie Ross Killough
Chief Executive Officer
As chief executive officer, Jamie is a gatekeeper who maintains the integrity of GMR, passionately steering overall company cohesiveness through clear communication, proper utilization of GMR resources and process consistency. Jamie was raised in the GMR business since its formation in 1991. After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, she took a full-time position with Southwest Sports Group but eventually decided to work closer to home and embrace her calling. She has worked full time at GMR since 2002 and now, as chief executive officer, oversees inspections team operations, finance and reporting, people/HR, legal, IT and platform development. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her kids through activities like youth sports and Sunday school and going on date nights with her husband.
In 1991, Glade Michael “Mike” Ross had a vision to start a company based on integrity and placing clients’ interests first. As a result, he founded GMR, helping create an organization many of our clients say is the industry leader. Mike’s first career was in public safety, garnering experience from just about every discipline in public safety, including law enforcement and fire and emergency medical service. After numerous years in defending the public, Mike entered the bank security field with Republic Bank Texas. Through his work with bank security, Mike developed an enterprise-wide Life Safety Program as well as management responsibilities for physical security, key personnel protection, contingency planning and ATM customer safety standards program development. Decades later, Mike’s vision is manifest every day through longtime client relationships, work that is honest and trustworthy and a staff that is committed to identifying the best practices for the future. In his spare time, Mike is a Bible study leader, works in Marketplace Missions and enjoys cycling, transpacific yacht sailing and yard work.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
As executive vice president and general counsel, the expertise and legal credential Jason brings to GMR allows us to provide unparalleled insight and service to our clients, positioning GMR as the industry leader. Because GMR’s audits and inspections are driven by compliance with specific laws and industry standards, Jason’s knowledge on legal, risk and insurance subjects makes him invaluable to our clients. Jason joined GMR in 2005 after practicing law with two national law firms, Jenkens & Gilchrist and Fish & Richardson. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and a law degree from Baylor University. Outside of work, Jason is an avid cyclist and Ironman triathlete.
Donald "Chip" Imrie
Executive Vice President
As executive vice president of business development, Chip manages special projects and client relations for GMR, leveraging his vast experience and extensive knowledge of security and loss prevention, risk management and bank operations. Chip is also responsible for developing key partnerships with clients in the banking and financing, property management and automotive industries. Chip served as founding member of the BAI Task Force on ATM crime and chair for the ASIS Banking and Finance Security Committee and has been a lecturer and author on bank security topics. He attended the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, Illinois Benedictine College and Dallas Baptist University. Chip’s hobbies include Corvettes and woodworking.
Senior Vice President, Leadership and Operations
After 19 years in operations with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, Jayson joined GMR and is our Senior Vice President of Leadership / Operations. From this position, Jayson provides leadership over operations and people development. He is a Leadership Rockwall graduate and in his spare time is a youth sports coach for his kids, as well as an avid fan of the Rangers, Cowboys, and Mavericks.
Senior Vice President, Finance
Chris has over 15 years of experience working with technology and business applications. He started his career with Hewlett Packard working to develop business solutions with strategic ERP software partners. When Chris joined GMR, he began learning processes and details in the various business sectors. Chris lead GMR’s information technology and development team for 12+ years helping develop and support GMR’s proprietary business applications. With Chris’s extensive detailed knowledge of GMR processes, he has now transitioned to lead GMR’s Finance team. Chris and his team are responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial forecasting, and analysis to ensure GMR is a good steward of its resources. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University. Chris is an avid golfer, attends Lake Pointe Church, and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Senior Vice President, Business Relationships
Under the umbrella of Senior Vice President of Business Relationships, Krisha is responsible for the strategic direction of client relationships while determining avenues for partnerships and service offerings. Krisha leads the business development team to further relationships with existing and prospective clients to develop solutions and outcomes through the GMR model. She represents the company to our clients as the senior officer responsible for the client’s overall trust and assurance that GMR will provide a product of integrity and quality while serving our clients side by side. Krisha earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and her MBA from the University of Denver. She is a licensed Professional Engineer. Her hobbies include running, reading, and attending live music and sporting events.
Vice President, Projects and Design
John joined GMR in 1992, becoming our first full-time employee. He is now our Vice President of Projects and Design. For the past two decades, John has served in several capacities, including night-time lighting inspections and management, lighting design and management, and several inspection/inventory projects. During his tenure, John even assisted in the development of many core survey methodologies used to this day. He is now responsible for all Americans with Disabilities Act inspection projects and certain lighting design projects. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate’s degree in criminal justice. While not at work, John enjoys working with his church family and collecting firearms.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Joey joined GMR in 2003 and as vice president of sales and marketing he is responsible for developing GMR business through new customer acquisition and expanding services within existing accounts. Before coming to GMR, Joey worked in retail and financial services, focusing on business development; recruiting, hiring and training; and sales. Joey began his time at GMR performing inspections for two years as a field specialist. Now, Joey uses his experience to build strong business relationships. He holds a bachelor’s in communications from Auburn University. Outside of work, Joey enjoys sports, fitness and reading.
Vice President, Platform Development
Nathen is a GMR veteran of 15 years and now as vice president of platform development, his primary responsibility is to lead the team of software architects as they continue to develop and expand GMR software platforms. He also serves as the business analyst in our platform development arena, spearheading communications between architects and the user community. Nathen has had many different roles at GMR, the majority spent in operations, from processing and supporting the team to managing field operations, account administrators and quality assurance. He has a B.S. from Texas A&M – Commerce and an unrivaled passion for ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate and professional services from GMR. While not at work, Nathen enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
Vice President, Security and Project Management
As our vice president of project management, Jerry manages special daytime projects. Jerry brings with him 34 years of senior-level corporate security management experience with a top-five institution and was responsible for over 1,100 banking centers, 4,000 ATMs, and 55,000 employees. Jerry also set security standards and policies, managed equipment budgets in excess of $20 million annually, and coordinated security with state and federal agencies during the 2002 Winter Olympics. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys reading, golf, his grandchildren and spending time with his wife of 44 years.
